For nearly a decade DSB has actively pursued the role of CDM Coordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, for many of our clients.

From the earliest conceptual stages of advising the client of their responsibilities, to co-ordinate the safety aspects of design work and ensure that the design team considers the safety implications of their design, DSB supports the clients CDM interests throughout all key stages of the project.

From the considerations of an overall scheme’s CDM compliance, through to the specific obligations of the design team, the principal contractor and sub contracting teams, DSB will provide sound professional advice and analysis of all CDM aspects of the project.
