As an Employers Agent we act as clients principal point of contact; preparing, managing and processing the many and varied aspects of such a role from acquisition to procurement through to completion.

Over the years, commissions have been tailored to clients particular needs, whether they be financially driven or otherwise. Our services generally encompass management of the project team, engagement with stakeholders and wherever possible the end users.

This enables our service to be tailored to meet the specific client’s needs, whether the Client or Constructor was leading the design process and depending on the design status at contract.

This coupled with robust contract administration and quality control, a thorough understanding of the development process, commercial awareness and genuine interest in building projects ensure a dynamic and pro-active service.
