For nearly a decade DSB has actively pursued the role of Planning Supervisor under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994, for many of our clients.

From the earliest conceptual stages of advising the client of their responsibilities under CDM through to our preparation and issue of the Pre Construction Health & Safety plan together with the F10 notification, DSB supports the clients CDM interests throughout all key stages of the project.

From the considerations of an overall scheme’s CDM compliance, through to the specific obligations of the design team, the principal contractor and sub contracting teams, DSB will provide sound professional advice and analysis of all CDM aspects of the project.
